Urban Burma is the first Burmese restaurant in Colorado! Owner Siri Tan is excited to share the taste and flavors of his country with his Denver neighbors. In Asia, it is common to invite your neighbors over for a meal, and he hopes that you'll come by and visit. We are a food stall (think indoor food truck) in an international food hall, surrounded by other awesome immigrant and refugee owned eateries. We have everything from noodles to curries and yummy tea leaf salad. ​Almost any dish can be made vegan or vegetarian upon request!
