RMMFI provides targeted and manageable microloans of to Business Serious entrepreneurs who are in need of financing to launch or expand a microenterprise doing business in the Greater Denver Metro area, and who have no other funding options.  If you fit this description and have a written business plan, please contact us at 720-941-5037 or shoot an email to loans@rmmfi.org. 

RMMFI is now accepting applications for:

Business Builder Loans – $250 – $2500, 6 month, 8-12% interest loans

  • Manageable capital to start or expand a business
  • Applicant must have written business plan in place

Innovation Fund – Up to $2500, 6 month, 9% interest loans

  • Partnership with Metro State’s Center for Innovation
  • Applicants must have taken business planning coursework and be able to demonstrate the existence of a well thought out business plan
